Albuquerque Marriott Pyramid North

It's definitely a new hotel (w. new hotel smell). The rooms were both spacious & new, the single bed is good for 2 & the double up to 4. Rooms provide the basics, the coffee sucks though(not to my taste). They do have a swimming pool that's partially indoor/outdoor, as well as a jacuzzi in the same area.

The renovated rooms and public areas look very nice. They're still working on getting things working just right but staff is very friendly and helpful. The desk chair is a bit too low to work comfortably at the desk. Pillows and bed were perfect. The food and drinks at the dining area and bar are delicious. Especially enjoyed the queso and the Caesar salad.

Let me start by being honest.. I wasn’t in the best mood when I arrived to check in. After a long day of traveling, I was tired and just ready to get settled. Despite that, I was greeted by the nicest person named Marlana, and her kindness immediately stood out. Even though I know I may have come across short or rushed, she never once reflected that energy back. Instead, she remained genuinely kind, patient, and welcoming. She made me feel like a person, not just another guest passing through and that kind of care is rare these days. Walking into an establishment and feeling seen rather than treated like a number truly makes a difference. Marlana alone is reason enough for me to return with my family. I sincerely hope she stays there forever because she represents the very best of customer service. On top of that, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay even better. Overall, a wonderful experience! Made exceptional by Marlana

The Pyramid Marriott may have been under renovation, but the staff did everything they could to make the stay enjoyable. They were very knowledgeable about the best food places. The room was clean, and the cleaning staff kept it that way every day. When I come back I will totally stay here again! Also, the management team , sales team and total staff made my 1st at the property great. I also extended another stay. Breakfast was hot and fresh.

I've been here four times for work. Out of the four, this is my first stay at the Marriott Pyramid, and I was a bit dissatisfied that there was no guest laundry. However, the updated fitness equipment that connects to your Apple Watch is amazing. The variety of whiskey is impressive, and the fact that they can smoke my whiskey made me feel better about the lack of guest laundry

Long line at check-in, but that was due to arrival time. Reserved high floor access with concierge lounge access. Front desk started to put us on lower floor, but corrected it when I asked. Asked multiple staff about concierge lounge and no one had a clue. Never found it. Room was really nice, though.

This place hits the things I care about. Great lobby area. Nice bar, fantastic food. AC in the room is loud, so be prepared for that. I did not have a car, did not visit the pool. So no thoughts on those areas.

Very good friendly hotel. Breakfast choice was awesome. Newly renovated rooms are very comfortable. Very good service. Great people to stay with. I like to say special thanks to server Ms. Vivien for great breakfast. I will stay in the same hotel again when I visit Albuquerque again.
